Data deletion

Delete your FloorPlanz Pro account and data.

You can permanently delete your account directly from FloorPlanz Pro. The process is available to every account holder and does not require contacting support.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in at app.floorplanzpro.com.
Open your Profile from the account menu.
Scroll to the Danger Zone and select Delete account.
Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

Data that is deleted

Your FloorPlanz Pro account and profile
Cloud floor plans, measurements, project settings, and exports
Feedback and transactional email-delivery records associated with the account
Active device sessions
Local account data stored on the device where deletion is completed

Limited security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. Local files that you separately exported or copied to another device are not controlled by FloorPlanz Pro and must be removed by you.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@floorplanzpro.com from the address registered to your account. We will verify ownership before completing the request.
