How FloorPlanz Pro handles data.

Last updated: August 31, 2026. This policy explains how FloorPlanz Pro collects, uses, protects, and deletes information.

Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, and company name. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the profile details that provider makes available to us.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, save and synchronize plans, provide offline recovery, generate requested exports, secure accounts, enforce device access limits, respond to support requests, and operate and improve the service.

Project and drawing data

We store floor plans, measurements, project settings, exports, and feedback you choose to create or submit. We do not sell personal information or project data, and we do not use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Device and local data

We process an app-specific device identifier, device type, browser, operating system, and recent activity to secure accounts and manage device access. Floor plans and deletion requests may be stored locally to support offline work and synchronization.

Service providers

FloorPlanz Pro uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database hosting, and application infrastructure, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information to deliver their services to us.

Retention

Cloud account and plan data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the account, associated plans, feedback, email-delivery records, and active device sessions. Limited security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law.

Your choices

You can update optional profile information in the app and permanently delete your account from Profile > Danger Zone. Detailed instructions are available at floorplanzpro.com/data-deletion. You may also contact info@floorplanzpro.com with a privacy request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
